Questions about this course

Do I need to know swimming?

Most airlines require basic swimming ability for ditching drills. We include orientation sessions and guide non-swimmers to certified coaching before airline assessment.

Can I join while in my final year of 12th?

Yes — you can begin the foundation phase while completing 12th. Your certificate is required before airline applications, not before training.

Is there an age relaxation for international airlines?

Several Gulf and Southeast Asian carriers hire up to 30+. Our counsellors map your age window to the right hiring corridors during enrolment.

What happens if I am not placed immediately?

Placement support runs for 12 months after completion — repeat mock interviews, refreshed grooming checks, and every relevant drive on our calendar.

Questions about this course

Is ground staff only about check-in counters?

No — the track covers gates, ramp coordination, baggage services, lounges, and special assistance. Many students grow into duty-manager and lounge-executive roles.

Are shifts really 24x7?

Airports run around the clock, so rosters rotate. Most employers run 8–9 hour shifts with weekly offs and shift allowances.

Which employers hire from this track?

Airlines, ground-handling companies such as Air India SATS, lounges, and Airport operators. Bengaluru alone adds hundreds of ground roles each season.

Questions about this course

Is logistics a desk job or a field job?

Both tracks exist. Documentation and customer service roles are desk-based; ramp-cargo and warehouse coordination roles are on the floor. We train you for either path.

Where are the international opportunities?

Gulf hubs (Dubai, Doha) and Singapore hire experienced cargo executives aggressively. Several of our alumni route to DHL Aviation and Emirates SkyCargo corridors.

Do I need a full IATA DGR licence?

Entry roles need DGR awareness, which we cover. Category-specific DGR certification is typically sponsored by your employer once you specialise.
