At BrandCrew Aviation Academy, we believe in being upfront about everything — including our fee and cancellation terms. Please read this page carefully before enrolling in any of our aviation training programs. By paying your course fees (even partially), you agree to all the terms listed here.
Our Fee Policy: No Refunds
BrandCrew Aviation Academy follows a strict no-refund policy across all courses. This applies to:
- Cabin Crew Training Programs
- Aviation Diploma Courses (online and offline)
- Ground Staff and Airport Operations Training
- Airline Interview Preparation Programs
- Aviation Management Courses
Once you register and make a payment — full or partial — your fees cannot be refunded, transferred, or adjusted under any circumstances.
This policy is in line with aviation industry standards and follows guidelines set by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India.
Common situations where refunds will NOT be given:
- You changed your career plans
- Personal or family reasons came up
- You have a medical condition
- You relocated or can no longer commute
- You are unhappy with the course or trainers
We understand life is unpredictable — but because we allocate resources, trainers, and batch seats from the moment you enroll, fees once paid cannot be returned.
Want to Cancel Your Enrollment?
You can cancel your enrollment at any time — but please know that cancellation does not mean a refund.
Here’s what happens when you cancel:
- All fees paid so far are kept by the academy
- You will not receive any credits, transfers, or future course adjustments
- You must send a formal cancellation request by email to our team
If you are unsure about enrolling, we encourage you to speak with our admissions counsellors first. We’re happy to help you make the right decision before you commit.
Your Fee Payment Responsibility
When you join any program at BrandCrew Aviation Academy, you agree to pay the full course fee as per the schedule given to you at the time of admission.
If you stop attending or cancel mid-course:
- You are still responsible for paying any remaining fees
- Leaving the course does not cancel your payment obligations
- The academy has the right to recover unpaid fees under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
If you face any difficulty with your payment schedule, please talk to our team early. We will do our best to work with you within the boundaries of our policy.
When Will You Receive Your Certificate?
Your course completion certificate will be issued only after all three conditions below are met:
- You have completed all training modules
- You meet the required attendance and performance standards
- Your course fees are paid in full — no outstanding dues
Important: Even if you have attended all your classes, your certificate will be held back until your fees are fully cleared. Please ensure your payments are up to date throughout the course.
Batch Changes and Schedule Adjustments
Sometimes, due to operational needs, trainer availability, or unforeseen situations, BrandCrew Aviation Academy may need to:
- Change your batch timing
- Move you to a different batch
We do our best to keep disruptions minimal, but when such changes are necessary, they do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
If you miss classes for personal reasons:
- We may offer recorded sessions or revision classes where possible
- This depends on availability and is not guaranteed
- Repeated absences will not lead to refunds, course extensions, or compensation
We appreciate your flexibility and cooperation when schedule adjustments are needed.
Your Agreement With Us
When you enroll at BrandCrew Aviation Academy, you are entering into a legally binding agreement. This means you:
- Accept all the terms on this page
- Agree to your fee payment obligations
- Understand that this policy becomes binding as soon as payment is made
This policy is consistent with national skill development initiatives including Skill India and the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).
Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes related to admissions, fees, refunds, or certifications will be:
- Governed by the laws of India, under the Department of Consumer Affairs
- Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka
